  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Cutting boards
  • Kitchen knives
  • Mortars & pestles
  • Hand towels
  • Oven mittens

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions, including the return address and any additional details.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
