To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include: Cutting boards, Kitchen knives, Mortars & pestles, Hand towels, and Oven mittens.

Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions, including the return address and any additional details.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
